Can empowering frontline staff help us foster more meaningful engagement with communities?

Explore the answer with the E2E Toolkit, a set of 7 practical resources developed by the IRC, with the support of USAID’s BHA, to strengthen the humanitarian sector’s engagement with communities through the critical work of frontline staff.

The E2E Toolkit is a practical set of resources designed to empower frontline humanitarian staff to engage affected communities more effectively. It includes tools and guidance to address common barriers to community participation, helping frontline teams involve communities in program design, feedback, and decision-making processes. Developed through field testing in Iraq and the DRC, the Toolkit supports organizations in fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and meaningful engagement with the people they serve.

Start by deciding which barriers are affecting your organization or office most in order to explore which tools you may most need to use.

Explore the E2E Toolkit today to unlock new possibilities for community-centered humanitarian action!
