It includes tools and guidance to address common barriers to community participation, helping frontline teams involve communities in program design, feedback, and decision-making processes. Developed through field testing in Iraq and the DRC, the Toolkit supports organizations in fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and meaningful engagement with the people they serve.
