Accountability to affected populations (AAP)

This e-learning course is aimed primarily at country representatives and heads/sub-delegates of international humanitarian organizations, as well as governmental organizations, country and operational leaders in prioritizing and acting on AAP, donors, development partners, civil society and other interested stakeholders.

Over the past decade, the humanitarian sector and its actors have increasingly focused on Accountability to Affected People (AAP), with the aim of addressing power imbalances and enabling the perspectives and voices of affected people to shape efforts that affect them, promoting transparency and involving them in decision-making processes.

This self-paced e-learning course aims to provide knowledge and recommendations on AAP as an essential element for humanitarian initiatives and frameworks within the crisis continuum.
