The IASC Statement on PSEA reaffirms commitment to prevent and address SEA in all humanitarian response operations. Its three action points translate commitments into operational change:

1) fully implement the MOS,

2) clarify the Humanitarian Coordinators’ responsibilities on PSEA to ensure that response systems are institutionalized in the humanitarian architecture; and

3) strengthen investigation and protection responses to SEA allegations, by individual organizations and collectively.
